The Founding Members of Ambassador Counseling and Resource Group, PLLC, are dedicated to assisting all clients develop insight and gain a clearer perspective into their role in the change process.

Napoleon Harrington MA, NCC, LPC- Founder

Napoleon is the Founder of the Ambassador Counseling & Resource Group.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development and a Master of Arts in Counseling, from Oakland University.  Napoleon was awarded the Human Relations Award,for his service in building significant relationships among diverse groups while at the university.  He is an instructor at a local college and works intently with at risk youth, single parent families and college student development.  Growing up in a single parent home inspired him to develop his counseling, speaking and presentation skills, in order to empower youth, families toward a better quality of life.  His personal and professional conviction is to strengthen families facing the inherent challenges of a broken family structure.  Napoleon possess the unique ability to help people uncover their potential and inspire them toward change.  He has acquired a broad background in family preservation, youth development and leadership enrichment.  Napoleon has made it his mission to inspire and cultivate optimum mental, physical, and spiritual well being of those he comes in contact with.

Shawn White MA, LPC- Co-Founder

Shawn White is the Co-Founder of the organization.  She is a graduate of Cleary University and received her Bachelors in Business Management.  She completed her Masters of Arts in Counseling at Sienna Heights University, and is currently completing her PhD in psychology.  She is a licensed professional therapist, with a family systems philosophy to counseling.  She has over 15 years of experience working with children and families, specifically helping them work their way back to a balance life.  She provides training in co-parenting, relationships and goal setting.  Her unbridled passion for networking and resource sharing has afforded her many opportunities many only hope for.  Her dedication to the mental wellness of her clients and women achieving healthier relationships makes her an effective therapist and speaker.  This mother of two lovely daughters, believes that she is simply “a vessel" that embodies the organizations mission of;  “Empowering Families and Impacting the Future”.

Lisa Green MA, LLPC, LBSW- Founding member

Lisa M. Green is a Founding Member of the organization.  She is a well respected professional counselor, with entrepreneurial experience.  Ms. Green serves as an adjunct professor and advisor at a local college, teaching courses in the psychology and sociology disciplines.  Lisa’s commitment to encouraging youth and families to a “higher self”, has echoed in her work with at risk youth and multi-problem clients.  Along with her mental health work, she also is involved in the community with her participation in local education and community service.  She has acquired years of valuable experience as a mental health practitioner, and as an educator.  Her ability to assist clients develop a stronger sense of purpose allows her to remain a gem in the field of counseling.  Lisa received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University.
